Creator 3-in-1 Medieval Castle
The Medieval Castle (31120) from Creator 3-in-1 is my favorite castle, because it did such a great job of putting play-ability, display-ability, and pieces in one set. Unlike other castle sets it could be rebuilt into two other castles which fit the same scale as the original.
