Witch's Windship Microfighter

6037 Witch's Windship – a set like no other. Hot air balloon but with a dragon instead, simply insane! The amount of fun this set is packing while staying under 60 pieces is astonishing. Big build with a detachable dragon, amazingly designed, fully equipped Witch minifig and two slashing halberds as a main weapon (because fire breathing dragon is apparently not enough :D).

When designing this build I’ve followed 3 tips that Marcos shared with us few weeks ago:

Personalize:

Minfigs are huge part of the LEGO experience for me so I knew my build had to fit one. And since Witch minifig is so cool this was a very quick decision process – it had to be a microfighter!

Break down to smaller challenges:

This one was pretty straight forward, I divided the build in two parts: dragon and gondola.

Focus on the details:

I stayed true to the original set in terms of playability and I included as many details as possible.
