An Early Lego Figure

A team of minifigure archaeologists recently unearthed a minifigure-oid skeleton! After many careful scientific tests to verify the age of the figure, they determined that it dates from 1974. Some theorize that it is an early ancestor of the minifigure. In the news the fossilized figure has become known as "Homemaker Figure" in reference to its discovery at the Homemaker Theme archaeological dig.

Other artifacts displayed alongside the centerpiece fossil include drinking glasses, a (very large) doll, and a stool the size of a table! The new exhibit is cordoned off until it opens today and the first excited museum-goers get an opportunity to see one of the minifigure's first ancestors.
