Vintage Transportation: Penny-Farthing and Rider

Behold the most fabulous form of two-wheeled transportation, the penny-farthing! A dashing gentleman is taking his prized bicycle on a ride around town, gleefully ringing the bell as he exhibits his impressive mustache atop an impractically high seat.

The bicycle is built mainly from Technic parts with wheels built from plates and tiles. The base is decorated with spoked wheels and fancy golden bricks, and contains a mechanism to spin the wheels as the rider pedals when a crank is turned.
