Reading Adventure

I love reading. Curling up with a good book, a hot drink, and a yummy cupcake is a perfect way to spend the day by myself. For this entry I wanted to show how reading can capture the imagination and how one can immerse themselves into the story, providing an escape from reality for a bit.

This scene has a minifigure reading in a cozy armchair by the fire. Next to her is a stack of books, and a loyal cat. The pictures on the wall are a nod to some of my other hobbies, traveling and hiking. Most importantly I have the thought bubble depicting an epic struggle between a ship and a giant squid-type sea monster. The set comes in at 247 pieces
