Learn to Sew

I think when one is single, or has time to themself, it's a great time to learn a new skill. One activity that I am trying to learn, is to sew clothes and other items. It feels empowering to be able to make my own items and be unique in what I wear. Through struggle and patience, comes success and that is when it feels rewarding.

In this build, I worked out of mini figure scale, to give it a different feel. There are two figures to represent different points and emotions while learning and the sewing machine is bigger to represent a big new challenge.

The side dial turns as I love that bit on the machine to lift the needle, and the pedal foot moves up and down on a hinge - also a part that's enjoyable while sewing.
