Me Getting in Shape With My Shepherd!

For the last few years, I let myself as well as my German Shepherd get out of shape. Well, over the summer I decided it's time for me to get in shape with my dog; and a good and enjoyable way for both of us to do that is by taking walks around the area in which we live.
