Transforming Trophy

I wanted to create a trophy that embodied the elements of the league.  In the initial position, the primary components: the gear for the robot game, the heart-shaped hands for the core values, and the lightbulb for the project, are displayed. 

By turning the handle on the gear, the trophy transforms into a cup-shaped trophy.  The transformation is symbolic of how teams use each of the components of the league to achieve a goal - represented by the traditional cup.

The design is minimal and contains under 300 pieces.
