THE TEAMWORK CUP

In order to capture the FIRST® LEGO® League World Festival's spirit, I decided to use LEGO not as a creative starting point, but as a medium that allows any idea to become true, just like the participants of the Festival will do in order to evercome their challenges.

Therefore, I tried to design a trophy with an abstract, artistic but also technological, architectural look. And it is full of meaning, too! The colors are borrowed from the FIRST® LEGO® League's visual identity. The white central pillar represents the Challenge of the League itself, something that scales up and must be overcome in order to achieve victory. This pillar is surrounded by blue and red blades which represent the 8 Core Values of the FIRST® LEGO® League. The blades stand taller than the pillar to show that these values are even more important than the competition itself.
