Imaginative Waterfall
My new trophy uses a lot of different transparent colors which represent the diversity of ideas that the First Lego League participants have and that all lead to success in their own way.
This trophy comes up with an unusual shape but I used this fact to design a model that is nice as an achievement and as a display. The trophy measures 17x13x19 studs and consists of 959 mostly common Lego bricks. It features a small FLL logo on the left and an old fashoined fountain on the right. I also added some green plants and a little frog for more detail. Besides the small logo, I also included a golden wrench (on top of the fountain), a little custom robot and two children as a relation to the Mindstorms robots that get used by the brave FLL participants.
At the front of the trophy, next to the second waterfall, there is enough space for the metal plate that would be glued to the model. The little girl holds the 2x2 plate that would feature the designer's name.
