Becoming Parents

Becoming a parent for the first time is a memorable moment, made even more memorable by all the pictures you take of your newest family member!

These new parents haven’t even left the hospital yet, but the midwife heading out of their room looks pleased at how everyone is doing, so they will be packing up their baby and their suitcase and heading home together soon. They’ll have their hands full with the flowers and stuffed rabbit gifts that their family sent!

Labor and delivery was tiring for everyone (but especially Mama) and while they’re both happy that everything went well, you can see that they are now starting to realize that the birth really was just the beginning, and that parenting is a marathon, not a sprint…but they’ll do fine.
