SKYFALL 007 Train Scene

My favorite scene in the James Bond movie "Skyfall" is where Bond tries to catch Patrice on a train using a digger.

A very complex scene involves a fast moving train, massive digger, several Beatles and a Defender.

This is a fully functioning set.

Technical elements:

The train consists of two main parts, passenger wagon and the flatcar. Flatcar is heavy duty with 4 additional wheels and a reinforced chassis.

The excavator has independent tracks, a rotating cabin, and a 3 way arm. All functions are remotely controlled.

The Defender is equipped with 4x4 drive and steering.

Defender: 1 L Motor, 1 Servo motor, 1 IR Sensor

Excavator:  4 L Motors, 2 M Motors and 3 IR Receivers
