Minifigure: The discovery of the brick separator
In the mountains near Lego City, in a place few people know about, a true gem of the natural world lives. Scrabbling around on rocks, these creatures enjoy the sunlight of the forest clearings, and the cool shade of the surrounding trees. They can often be seen nibbling parts off trees to take back to their nests, hidden deep in the network of caves, far under the surface of the earth. It is a Brick Separator, in it’s natural habitat.
In the late autumn of 1986, explorers from Lego city, including the famous Brickstopher Columbus, headed up through the forests surrounding the foothills of the Himaplates for some isolation. One day, passing through a Valley, they made an amazing discovery. The last member of the expedition crossing the stream happened to look to his left into the bushes, and saw two eyes looking back at him. Within three weeks time, the location of the brick separators were known by everyone, and within a year Lego had started shipping them around the world.
