A Shelter for Forest Sprites

When I was a child, I used to spend a lot of time in a forest cabin with my grandma. She told me stories about pixies and gnomes and fairies and all kinds of forest beings – and I imagined they too needed a small shelter to live in. So every time I was in a forest, I used to gather sticks, tree bark, rocks and moss, and I built little houses for them.

It’s been years since I made a shelter for forest sprites, but my love for fairy tales, moss and forest cabins is no less. It would be great to go back to my childhood and build these houses again!

It was a challenge to build so many natural objects using only LEGO bricks. In the final model, you can see tree bark with lichen, some sticks and rocks, two cones, three types of moss, ferns, and a blueberry bush.
