Hover Scooter

The Hover Scooter a vehicle that would be used to get from one place to another very fast.  It has three thruster jets,

one in the back for jet propulsion and two smaller ones on the bottom to keep it off the ground.  It also has two wheels for landing.  The big light in the front allows the rider to see in dark or foggy places.  The two white fins on the sides don't do much and are mostly there just for decoration and style.
