Global Communication Satellite

There are over 3000 satellites orbiting our planet! Satellites enable us to communicate information instantly across the globe. GPS satellites help us navigate our vehicles and planes. We use them to predict the weather and warn us of storms. This model was built by hand and is approximately 125 pieces and fits over the 16x16 baseplate. The solar panels both tilt and rotate around the body of the satellite.
