Moon Base 78 Strategy Game

A bit overweight at 425 little pieces, this set doubles as a work of art and a highly playable space strategy game. Set contains a 2 player strategy game that is easily expanded.

Players move their pieces around a rondel (credit to Max Gerdts) and take turns selecting an action: pick up ship parts, customize their ships, program the very slick battle computer, move (and fight), explore to find valuable resources, build starbases, and produce victory points at their bases.  Rules have been tested and game lends itself to a quick beginner version and a more full bodied strategy version. Game length may vary from 10 minutes to 45 minutes based on player preference.  Add five minutes to pack or unpack the game of course!
