Horizon Hypercarrier
Behold the Horizon Hypercarrier! This compact shuttle is built for speedy, long-distance exploration and transportation. Seating one astronaut and including flight/speed and landing modes, the Hypercarrier is the perfect vehicle for probing the farthest horizons of the cosmos.
This creation was very fun to build. In keeping with the contest theme, I didn't want it to appear too detailed. However I did wish to give the shuttle some texture, accomplished through the use of a few well-placed slopes and grilles. The cockpit hinges up and down, and the wings include some degree of mobility as well; they are able to be angled or even turned all the way upside-down. The build might look a little large, but in fact it fits neatly on a 16x16 stud surface as per the contest rules with only a few overhanging bits. I estimate it to be somewhere within the 300-piece margin, though I didn't count. I hope you enjoy it and thanks for viewing!
