Architecture: The Spirit of Urban Design

This build represents and expresses the urban architectural spirit, being both functional and aesthetic. Despite having little space to occupy, this structure still shines, sporting a large skylight and rooftop garden as well as a unique, curved style. An abandoned train-track support rises along one side of the building, while a smaller structure soon to become a restaurant (see the starfish sign?) is on the other. The interiors are fully furnished. There are no minifigures included because I would like for everyone who sees this to imagine themselves as someone helping to make their community a little brighter and be inspired to do so in the real world.
