Futuristic: 2112 Inspired by Rush
90 years from now will be 2112. In this future the Elder Race of Man (you, me, us right now) are gone; they reached too high and fell, and failed. Now all are equal, all is peaceful, art and thought and culture are regulated by the Priests of the Temple of Syrinx. There is no war, no crime, no risk, no innovation, no evolution, until one youth finds an ancient guitar, and begins to make a new noise. The candleflame of mankind striving to reach and even surpass our potential begins to flicker once again, burning brighter, challenging the Priests' perfectly orderly society, encouraging Mankind once again to dream and to dare.
This scene is inspired by Rush's song "2112." Some images come straight from the song, while others are more liberal interpretations.
