Futuristic: Floating City

The future is bright, but with so many people in this world right now, overpopulation seems likely. Which leaves people to wonder where we will live? On water? Under water? Even on other planets? Nah. I think we should look to the sky. Artificial rock and gravity could allow people to live on a floating island. Just imagine.
