Celebrate: The Life Cycle of Lego

This model is a celebration.
A celebration of how themed sets and the Bionicle theme brought back Lego in the 2000's. A celebration of how Lego is moving towards using eco-friendly ways to make their plastic bricks sustainable. A celebration of the sheer brainpower that goes into making a Lego set. And above all,
a celebration of the invaluable joy that Lego has brought me throughout the years.

This model depicts the Gali Mata water element Bionicle supplies water while an evil dark lord uses his energy sword to supply light, both needed for photosynthesis to the tree. This is a representation of how both of those themes saved the tree of Lego. The tree's leaves are used in a gradient to make plastic. The plastic is molded into a Lego brick in a factory with a granite chimney to symbolise the granite jubilee/ 90th anniversary of Lego. A huge brain symbolising the brainpower used to produce a Lego set makes, in a rather poetic way, a mini version of the model I just described to you.
