Build: SEARCH3R

SEARCH3R is a robot that can use the IR sensor to find the IR beacon and dodge obstacles along the way. It uses the two large motors to drive, and it could also be reprogrammed to do other things, such as wander around aimlessly and move out of the way of things like walls and other objects.
