Wallace & Gromit: The Wrong Trousers
"It's the wrong trousers, Gromit!"
Few animated works match the enduring charm and critical acclaim of "The Wrong Trousers." Released in 1993—same year as Jurassic Park!—by Aardman Animations, this stop-motion masterpiece has captivated audiences for decades. Its popularity stems from a perfect blend of innovative animation, compelling characters, and a narrative that resonates across generations. A beloved classic, and a hallmark of 1990s creativity and classic British culture.
As a Bristol resident and animation graduate, I've had a personal connection to these characters for a long time, and combining my love for Lego and this dynamic duo has been an absolute pleasure. I've also added play features like posable trouser legs, the ability to put Wallace in them, removable controls, and a train set—all crafted to maximize this scale.
The perfect size for sitting on a desk or tucked onto a shelf, with the new film out, I really hope other people get to experience this model.
