The Truman Show - Truman's House
It doesn't get more 90s than Jim Carrey with his numerous iconic film roles, and The Truman Show is no exception!
The model details Truman's house, with every room required to recreate the iconic scenes from the movie, as well as several easter eggs throughout. For example, you can recreate:
- The iconic opening sequence of Truman
- Truman's quarrel with Meryl in the kitchen
- Truman messing around in the mirror
- Marlon discovering Truman's disappearance.
The model also includes 7 minifigures: Truman, Meryl, Marlon, Sylvia, Christof, and Truman's parents, with some alternative expressions too to recapture all these moments. There are many props used within the film recreated, including the many product placement items!
Since not all angles of the house, or rooms, are captured in the film, some bonuses were added:
- Laundry Room
- Locked prop room
- The garden area behind the car
To keep the model accurate externally, the basement scene was moved to the front of the house in an unused room.
