Dragon Ball Z - Planet Kaio (With Mechanism)
Son Goku followed the Snake Way to Planet Kaio to train under Kaio-sama.
Planet Kaio is instantly recognizable and would make a great display piece.
Plus, the car mechanism is lots of fun!
Planet Kaio (with mechanism) features:
- Son Goku, Kaio-sama (King Kai of the north) & monkey
- the Planet, with a hidden mechanism, that let's the car drive around it
- Kaio's house (furnished)
- part of the Snake Way
The mechanism is fully functional and was tested with real bricks.
As was the foundation and stability.
Why I built Planet Kaio (with mechanism):
When I started building LEGO, I thought about, what my Dream set would be:
Planet Kaio from Dragon Ball Z with a mechanism,
that would allow Kaio to drive his car around the planet.
Since my skill level was pretty much non-existent, I quickly gave up on my dream.
But now, a few years have passed and after building a ton of MOCs and sets I felt confident to pursue my dream of building Planet Kaio (with mechanism).
