Flying Saucer

No space craft is more iconic than the classic flying saucer.

Throughout my childhood, I always loved playing with space themed sets, but always felt that something was missing. My inspiration for this flying saucer is the classic science fiction design for this alien space craft that was used in so many books, comics, movies and TV shows back then.

The features of this flying saucer includes a detailed interior with a small ladder leading into the cockpit. Also included in the interior is a hyperdrive to allow this extraterrestrial pilot to quickly travel from one planet to another. All of the panels around the sides, and the windshield, of this space craft open up to allow for easy access into the interior and the cockpit. Located on the front of the space craft is a loading ramp that allows the pilot to enter his flying saucer and fly it to a new planet to explore. The final feature of this flying saucer is the three-point landing gear that allows it to land on any type of terrain.
