When humanity feels like calling home even distant planets, it will probably feel the need to look back, to understand where it all started.

for this reason I imagined an altar on an alien world that could remember the beginning of the history of human space exploration.

this creation is imbued with symbolisms linked to our world:

At the stairs there is a mouse and a terrestrial plant that reminds us the sacrifice imposed on other forms of life.

The altar is built on a row of bricks (simplicity and humility) with 5 microfigures, representing the peoples of continents, who stand out in defense of our Earth represented by a blue sphere protected by an layer of ozone.

Floating above we find a space minifigure holdinging in a handthe fire of wisdom given by Prometheus.

In the columns, the smooth round brick symbolizes integration.

Above a pair of wings that represent the ancient human dream of flight and a bow pointed to the stars.
