Space Pods With Detachable HyperScanner

This Classic Space inspired creation features two identical, detachable Space Operations Pods, which are mounted on a central HyperDrive/Scanner body to travel anywhere imagination may lead.

Each pod can hold a single Lego astronaut, and features a full set of maneuvering thrusters, scanners, and a robotic arm that tucks away when not in use. They dock on the HyperDrive module for long-distance travel and to utilize its long-range/high resolution scanner.

I spent every Saturday of my childhood building Lego spaceships that would have made Benny proud, and my original LL928 Space Cruiser hangs proudly above my desk.
