Ride the Constellations!
For my second entry, I decided to go more old school with space, thinking about the stars in the sky that guided sailors around the world. The people of the old gave shapes and names to these stars therefore creating constellations. Most of them are based on some sort of creature, mythical or real. Imagine riding one of these mythical beasts of legend out into the sky, out into space- riding the stars themselves!
So I created a model of a young me, eager to learn about the stars, riding on one of my favourite constellations - Pegasus. This model is 211 pieces and depicts a boy holding a telescope and a note-pad riding his way through the stars on the constellation known as pegasus. This is represented by the star shaped base the model stands on. You probably wouldn't've noticed unless I pointed it out, but the spelling mistakes on the notepad are on purpose as that is how I used to spell them as a kid.
Also, thank you to my good friend iNath for doing the renders!
I hope you like it!
