Rock Raiders: Turbo Driller

This unique mining machine features an extendable drill, opening roll cage, and even a catapult! The drill is fully posable and locks securely in place when retracted. The "catapult" function is the yellow bucket in the rear of the vehicle, and once the drill is extended, the yellow bucket can be flicked to launch boulders. If launching boulders isn't appealing to you, then the yellow bucket makes a great storage compartment for energy crystals. The roll cage opens easily and holds one minifigure plus a storage crate (situated behind the minifigure). 

The Turbo Driller is designed for both play and display. This space build contains about 200-240 bricks and includes Rock Raiders character "Jet" in her modernized space suit. I did my best to stay true to the classic color scheme using modern bricks currently in production. This gift with purchase build would appeal to both space fans and gamers, as LEGO Rock Raiders marked an important milestone in LEGO game development.
