Hogsmeade Station

For this new Lego contest I have attempted to depict the scenes which took place at Hogsmeade station. This train station is the one where the Hogwarts Express drops of students ( to later cross the lake on small wooden boats). This takes place in Chapter 6 of the first novel in the Harry Potter series.  It took me a long time to build this Lego creation. I built the train first, which wasn't an easy task. After the train was completed, I began the task of constructing the station. When I built this I attempted a interesting technique with the brickwork where there was a half a stud gap between each stud. I really like this touch as it gives the walls more depth than the normal Lego brick textured 2 x 2s would allow for. I'm really happy with what I built and I hope that others will like it too.
