The Sixth Year(Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince).
The return to Hogwarts scene this is inspired from is Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. This is just after Luna Lovegood saved Harry from Draco leaving him on the train. Here you can see Professor Filius Flitwick sealing the gate and Snape vouching for Draco as Argus Flich inspects his belongings.
