The model contains 2596 pieces.
The ball features the club's famous red devil on the front, and the letters "M" and "U" to stand for "Manchester United". It is a true truncated icosahedron (the shape of a soccer ball) with 12 pentagons and 20 hexagons.
The ball also comes with a very unique display stand/trophy, a not as life-size Old Trafford model! The ball connects to the stadium via multiple Technic axles on the soccer field. For stability, these axles actually go all the way into the core of the trophy
The phrase "20 EPL" is written in the foundation of the trophy to commemorate Manchester United's 20 championship wins in the English Premier League, a feat that no other team has ever accomplished. The model also has two Manchester United Players with a trophy.
