Shark Ship Attack!

The Nightmare Shark Ship is attacking the Stable of Dream Creatures! Will Mateo arrive in time to help?

The Shark Ship is my favourite DREAMZzz set, so I wanted it as the central piece of my diorama. Scaling it down (is this micro-scale, or midi-scale?) was itself a nightmare, and made me appreciate better the complexity of the original model. By comparison, the stable was quite easy, even though I spent a long time trying to reproduce the angles of the roof at this scale. The clouds were an easy concept, but the large surface to cover made it a challenge too. I hope I have reproduced correctly the menacing fog surrounding the Shark Ship -I used the lovely drawings in the instruction booklet as inspiration, with evil eyes inside the clouds and all. :)

The diorama comprises more than 4300 pieces. I hope you like it!
