DREAMZzz - Mermaid Attack!!

This is my first entry into the DREAMZzz Diorama challenge. I really enjoyed the show for the creativity in its concept and then the LEGO sets that followed have been incredibly fun. I wanted to capture that within my entry and decided that playability would be a key part of this.

I have chosen to depict an imaginative adventure where we have to survive the attack from the MerKingdom. The diorama features a vibrant underwater environment where mischievous mermaids are using a huge pair of craft scissors to cut the cable carrying the cart. However, through the power of imagination and dreamZ, the cart transforms into a submarine, allowing the figures inside to escape. I created this storyline using movable parts, as the cart can actually drop and the coral reef moves apart to reveal the submarine. Not to forget the telescope too!!
