Mars Mission Micro: MX71 Recon Dropship

I remember coming home from a family vacation reading the lego catalog when I fell in love with Mars Mission. Mars Mission was the perfect theme for me because I was already obsessed with outer space and the possibility of alien life. I got the MX71 Recon Dropship that year and it made my imagination soar!

The Mars Mission MX71 Recon Dropship was the perfect set! It had all the features I could want when building and playing with lego! It had a missile that actually fired and a detachable driller! The alien ship was awesome too, it was like a UFO taco! I had so much fun as a kid playing with this set.

Hope I did this set justice by making it in micro form!
