Micro-Scale 6986 Space Police Mission Commander Ready for Action

I choose a set from 1989 for this contest, because this epic spaceship was my childhood's one-and-only big LEGO set and I've got so many good memories about it.

I always loved the different, uniqe LEGO Space fractions as a kid, but this set will always be one of my favorite... Since I hadn't got much parts back in the day, I mostly played with the elements of 6986 with my brother and friends. I can't remember how many things we were built from this epic set, but I'm sure, there were more spaceships, battle robots, fighters, planes, space stations and so on... :)

In my micro-scale version, I tried to build in as many details and functions that I could from the original set. You can:

- attach and detach the "Command Center" from the starship,

- remove the lock-ups from the Command Center,

- fold up the trans-red glasses above the micro space scooters,

- fold up the cannons on the back, etc.
