2509: Earth Dragon Defense

Earth Dragon Defense has always been a special set to me! I was young(er) at the time, and the design of the dragon caught my eye when I first saw pictures of it. I found it really awesome. It didn't help that it was Cole's dragon, and that it came with the Scythe of Quakes. So this set was the first I thought of to redesign in microscale (outside of Star Wars).

Not having many usable pieces with me, I tried my hand at Bricklink Studio for the first time. I'm pretty satisfied with the result, although I know it's not perfect. The head was by far the hardest part! I got a little too creative with the back section, and it resulted in a bit of a strange look. Not sure how microscale it is, but I tried! It's quite the chonk. Baby Cole approves.
