Forest Police Station

My entry is a microscale adaptation of LEGO set 4440, the Forest Police Station. It was released in 2012 and contained 633 pieces. It was the first large set I ever received, and I loved playing with it. My microscale version includes 480 pieces, or 587 with the display stand. It was my first microscale model, and it was much more difficult and time-consuming than I had imagined. It was certainly worth the hard work because I was able to incorporate lots of details and play features into the build, and all of the play features from the original set remain intact here. For example, you can remove the mailbox from the prison and the buildings are each centered on the base with the exact proportions of the original. In addition, I built a display stand for it. You can place the build onto the stand for display or easily remove it to play with it. I'm very proud of this build, and I had a wonderful time making it.
