Eldorado Fortress - 6276

The Eldorado Fortress was my favorite set growing up. It had so much space to be creative with the pirates and the Imperial soldiers.

in this micro build, I tried to ensure I had incorporated all the features that I loved as a kid. The jail cell, the compartment in the floor, the gunner position in the highest tower (represented with a mini-figure hand), the crane for loading cargo (represented by the blaster), and most importantly the cannons.

I really enjoy these small building challenges as it gets me thinking about pieces in new ways, like the use of the Technic connector for one of the arches. I hope you enjoy looking at my build and I hope it inspires you to check out the real Eldorado Fortress set.
