90th Anniversary: Micro-Scale Celebrations!

        <div>🌸 </div><div><br></div><div>To celebrate the 90&lt;sup&gt;th&lt;/sup&gt; anniversary of LEGO, I thought I would challenge myself to recreate the 10311 Orchid in microscale form. My miniature orchid version is exactly 150 pieces and is just under half the height of the original set. </div><div><br></div><div>One of my favorite non-licensed LEGO themes is the Botanical Collection, particularly the lovely orchid. Our 10311 LEGO Orchid is displayed next to our real orchids, and it has fooled a few people with its realism. I especially love the design of the original small orchid flower pieces and I had fun trying to find new ways to represent them.</div><div><br></div><div>Thank you for taking a look at my entry!</div><div><br></div><div>🌸</div>
