During the Battle of Endor in Return of the Jedi the Rebel fleet found itself pinned between a still shielded Death Star II and the Imperial fleet, who had dropped out of hyperspace to complete the trap.  Guessing the fully functional Death Star wouldn't fire at their own fleet, the rebels flew towards the Imperial ships to engage at close range.

During this engagement Green Leader, Arvel Crynyd, flying an A-Wing star fighter, was hit while assaulting the Super Star Destroyer Executor.  Knowing he was doomed, the brave pilot steered his small crippled ship directly into the SSD's bridge, destroying it and causing the Imperial flagship to crash into the surface of the Death Star.

My model features a midi-scale MOC of the Executor at the moment it crashes into the Death Star surface with a custom base featuring Micro scale A-Wings to remind everyone who delivered the fatal blow to the capital ship.
