20 Years: The Battle of Yavin
I have chosen to create my favourite battle, The Battle of Yavin in the shape of "20 Years".
A celebration to mark a celebration!
The scene depicts the destruction of the Death Star as Luke, Han and a Y-wing fly away, meanwhile Darth Vader's TIE Fighter rolls off into space...
(I know B-wings weren't at the Battle of Yavin but I needed a ship to form the letter "R")
The scene was made using just one file in Studio and carefully positioned so from a certain perspective the ships align to form the text.
The lightsabers and enhancement of the letter "S" on the Falcon were later added in Adobe Photoshop.
All ships were designed and made exclusively for the contest.
