Duel of the Fates - Episode 1: The Phantom Menace

This Model is a recreation of the Epic duel that would change the fate of the entire galaxy...

- This fits onto a 32 by 32 baseplate, and shows the epic reveal of the evil Sith Lord, Darth Maul. one of the challenges of this creation was the inwards slope of the giant door way, and including the red lights detail on the slope as, in the end cheese slopes were the best way to depict that. The addition of the crates and cylinders on the sides added a bit of extra detail and made the creation feel less flat. The Orange added some added dynamic colours the the creation, making it a little less bland, I also made the walls with two shades of tan to avoid the blandness of the walls and create a weathered look, showing the age of the Naboo Palace Hanger bay.

The reason I chose this scene was because of the impact it has on the the story of the Star Wars saga, It is also a very nostalgic scene because this movie was the first Star Wars film i watched when i was younger
