Bora-Bora Overwater Bungalow

This set has 245 pieces if you include the minifig in the count. The set features beautiful dark turquoise / aqua waters, with a semi-spiral step up to the main deck. A beautiful macaw has decided to grace you with it's splendor. You will find 2 lounge chairs on the deck. The main entrance is enhanced with a dutch door to allow that ocean air in for extra circulation. There is a bed and 2 night stands as well as a corner plant. The roof features the standard thatched style iconic to the Bora-Bora overwater bungalows.

The base is a 16 x 22 layout. The main deck is 16 x 16. It would be easy to add some aquatic life such as a sea turtle but options were limited due to software limitations.
