Scottish Sea Side

This build was inspired by the shores of St. Andrews, Scotland, where there are rocky cliffs, historic buildings, as well as the sandy beach. I wanted to do something a bit different than sand and water so why not a Scottish sea side. Most of the details are seen like the white foam of the waves and such, but there is a fun action also. When you turn the gear in the back, the place the tourist is standing on turns so he can see everything he came to see.
