This is the Day of the Departed lantern from the Ninjago special that took place between Season 6(a.k.a Skybound) & Season 7(a.k.a The Hands of Time) in the year 2016.

The Day of the Departed is a special holiday that comes once every year in Ninjago when the citizens light lanterns to commemorate their fallen ancestors and friends, while also spending time with their families & settling their debts.
