Dragon of Master Wu
When thinking about 10 years of Ninjago, I think of 10 years of dragons, learning and wise lessons. That’s why I thought about Master Wu´s dragon. I deliberately placed the dragon on a pedestal, so that it looks monumental, rather than like a living dragon. It´s placed on the Damsquare in Amsterdam, because Amsterdam is like an open air museum and I live in Amsterdam. Therefore the eyes of the dragon are colored red, making them reflect the spirit of Amsterdam / powerful, perseverent, passionate. I had no Lego, but I got various collections of Lego Technic from various people, coming from entirely different sets and different times. With this dragon, I hope to show that through creative combinations with a limited amount of loose elements from different sets, you can still build something cool.
