SCENE: Radagast the Brown

“These are Rhosgobel rabbits. I'd like to see them try” – Radagast

Radagast the Brown is for me one of the more characteristic characters form The Hobbit. The nature loving wizard fits right into the universe of Tolkien and is a part of many memorable scenes from The Hobbit movies.

Ever since The Hobbit LEGO series came out, I thought something was missing. There needed to be a set with Radagast on his sleigh. With this diorama I’ve tried to recreate one of the scenes where he rushes through Mirkwood. During the build my focus was to build a sleek looking sledge that captures the look of the one we see in the movies. I tried to accomplish that look using a lot of bars and different clip pieces.

The diorama is built in a scale that can fit in almost everywhere regardless of how much space you have to display your LEGO collection.
